All sales are final, no refunds. Our advertisers understand that you are purchasing your LOL deal expecting to use it during the valid dates. We follow standard gift card rules; the offer is valid until it expires, once it expires the amount you paid for the offer is valid for 5 years. If you buy a deal for $10 that is valued at $20 and you miss the expiration date, the advertiser will honor the $10 you spent for 5 years after the date of purchase. Got it?
Please be cool, don't go into a restaurant and expect more than the deal states it is good for. Our advertisers are business owners, they are not running non-profit all you can eat soup kitchens, (although we appreciate the ones that donate to our local soup kitchens, helping out in our community pretty much rocks!)

Please present your deal to the server before ordering so they know you are a LOLer, you are their favorite customers and would like to know you are a part of the LOCAL revolution! Please only use one deal per table or per group. Your deal must be used during one visit, unless otherwise noted on the deal. Tax and gratuity are not included, please take care of your server - they will take great care of you! This deal cannot be used with any other offer or promotion; it can't be combined with other specials. There is no cash value for this deal; you will not receive cash back for any unused portion of the value.
Buy the LOL daily deal (that's the local deal offered as the main feature), and you will receive an email from our smiling happy faces saying YAY you bought a deal. From that email you can access your voucher. The dates the offer are valid are printed on the voucher. Print your voucher and take it with you when you are ready to get your grub on. We will note in the disclaimers if we recommend or highly recommend reservations. To help save a few twigs, or trees, feel free to save your email and show your server the PDF on your smartphone!
Please don't forget, the servers are hard workers, they are going to make sure you have a grand ol' time, please tip them on the true total, not on the discounted amount!
If you buy one of the monthly deals, (those are deals on the side, they are $25 gift certificates for $20,) it will be noted on the deal if you can exchange the printed certificate for a gift card at the restaurant. If you can't exchange it for a gift card it will be used just like a featured deal described above.
